Please contact the car park 20-30 minutes before your arrival using the number in your confirmation email. Pull into a drop-off bay at the designated meeting location. A valet in a uniform will take your keys. All valets also carry their identities. You and the valet will check the vehicle for any damage that may already be there. After that, you can safely park your car and head to the airport.

Call the parking service when you've collected your bags and are on your way to the designated meeting spot. At the agreed-upon meeting spot, your vehicle will be waiting for you so you can get home quickly.

Pickup Instructions from the Domestic Terminal:

Exit the terminal and take the escalators up to the sky bridge. Turn right under the ‘Buses & Coaches A&B’ sign near the Air Train and proceed to Bus Zone B1/B2. Look for the Simba Bus.

After clearing customs, turn left in the arrivals hall and follow the signs for Bus/Rideshare/Shuttle. Avoid following the ‘Rental Car’ signs. Exit the terminal, head down the ramp, turn left, and proceed to the pickup area. Look for the Simba Bus.

To ensure timely airport arrival, please anticipate around a 20-minute wait for the shuttle.
