Please make sure you have space available in your car for the driver.
On your return your car will be delivered to the airport so you can drive straight home, No coaches no busses.

There is a £6.00 airport access fee added to the cost of your booking.
Please note you can change your car registration free of charge up to one day prior your arrival at the airport. If you do not notify us about the change and you arrive with a different registration number at the airport you have to pay £5.00 admin fee for the new registration with us or you can pay it online direct with Gatwick Airport. Failure to do this will result in an airport fine notice which you will need to pay.
There is a £15.00 supplement for all commercial and non-commercial vans payable to the driver on arrival.
Electric charging available on site for a fee.

This can be arranged on your arrival at the airport with the driver or by calling Tudor Rose direct prior to your arrival.
Please note, all vehicles will be charged ONCE, prior to your return. We ask all customers to notify Tudor Rose by email or by phone if the percentage of the electric battery falls down below 10%.
As Tudor Rose has their own fleet of electric vehicles, our staff is trained and knows how to operate all types of electric vehicles. Please make sure you bring your own type 2 charging cable, and leave it in the boot of the vehicle.

Drive to the Car Park and your Chauffeur will book your car in and a photo inspection of your vehicle will take place.
This is a one-to-one service and a personal transfer, done at the time chosen by you.
PICK UP YOUR DRIVER FROM THE CAR PARK AND DRIVE STRAIGHT TO THE TERMINAL.
Please make sure you have space available in your car for the driver.
On Return
Once you have retrieved your luggage and passed through customs, simply phone Tudor Rose on Then make your way directly to the pick-up point.

FROM SOUTH TERMINAL
From Customs you will enter into the Arrivals Hall. Turn Right and follow the signs to the Courtesy Coaches and Buses. Proceed all the way along the moving walkway and go down the ramps to the lower level. Exit the building and turn left. Please look out for your vehicle and your uniformed driver (red jacket, red cap) from the safety of the waiting area.
FROM NORTH TERMINAL
From Customs you will enter the Arrivals Hall. Turn right and exit the Terminal Building. Cross 3 lanes by the traffic lights and proceed under the short term Car Park. You will emerge in front of the Sofitel Hotel. Please wait at the Drop Off Zone.
Please look out for your vehicle and uniformed driver (red jacket, red cap) from the safety of the waiting area.
On Arrival

Directions
From M23 The Car Park is situated just 5 minutes drive from the Airport Terminals. Leave the M23 at JCT 9 and go straight over the South Terminal Roundabout. At the North Terminal Roundabout take the 4th Exit towards Redhill/Horley until you reach the Long Bridge Roundabout with Esso Service Station to your left. Proceed straight over this roundabout towards Reigate. Proceed to the next roundabout and go straight over. You will see Tesco Superstore to your left. Proceed to the next roundabout and bear to the right. Tudor Rose Car Parks will be found about 500 yards down on your right, the pickup point is situated at Hookwood Lodge Hotel..
From M25 Either take the M23 Exit and follow as above OR take the A217 Exit (JCT 8) and follow the A217 through Reigate to Gatwick. As you approach Gatwick and just past the Black Horse Pub you will see Tudor Rose Car Parks to your left, the pickup point is situated at Hookwood Lodge Hotel.
