Stansted Easy Parking is a Park Mark facility. Most car parks are safe places, most of the time. The Park Mark is only awarded to car parks that reach challenging standards for the safety of people and vehicles. So, you can have that extra peace of mind knowing that your vehicle is being left in safe hands.

Disabled Info
No transfers are needed, Stansted Easy Meet & Greet will be an excellent alternative for disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses. Your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on return.

Please note that Commercial and Large Vehicles will no longer be accepted by this parking service. If you do arrive with an unsuitable vehicle you will be asked to pay for an additional space at the full local cost.
If opting for the lock box option a text will be sent to you with the address and relevant codes so you can retrieve your key.
We recommend Associated Taxis (01279 655 666) the cost should be no more than £25.00

On Arrival
Please call twenty minutes before you arrive so we can arrange for a driver to meet you. If you do not call us twenty minute before you may be delayed and incur extra charges.
If you are running early or late please keep us informed as we are here to help.
Follow the signs to the short stay car parks, go past the bus station then enter the ORANGE SHORT STAY car park on your left, collect a ticket and follow the outer perimeter as this will bring you to the walkway canopy by the orange bollards where you need to park opposite rows (A-B-C). Please hand your exit ticket to our member of staff. This car park is a short walk and directly underneath the terminal its self with escalators and lifts to the departure floor.
We only require the key and any security devices please remove any other keys as we will not be reasonable for them.
On arrival you will need to pay for the exit ticket so our driver can remove your vehicle from the car park.
We record your mileage and photograph the vehicle before its removed to storage.
On Return
After you have collected all your luggage and you are walking through Custom and not before call the car park. Please make your way back to the orange short stay car park where you dropped off your vehicle on arrival by (A-B-C).
Customers to be aware that you are responsible for the exit fees!
At the time of vehicle collection on your departure day you would have been issued a receipt for your vehicle, please have it ready to hand over to the driver, if lost please have your passport as proof of ownership!

Directions
From all major roads: please follow the signs to the short-term car park. Enter the short term road and stay in the right hand lane, go past the bus station on your left and the next car park will be ORANGE, enter this car park collect a ticket, and follow the outer perimeter this will bring you to the canopy walk way, pull up next to the orange posts on your left at the bottom of the lane (A-B-C) next to the pay machines, you will be booked in here, please have your exit ticket to hand as we need this to exit. This car park is a short walk and directly underneath the terminal its self with escalators and lifts to the first floor.
