Disabled Info
No transfers are needed, Stansted I Love Meet & Greet will be an excellent alternative for disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses. Your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on return.

The car park has Park Mark, 24 hour security, barrier entry, lighting and CCTV.
MAG who operate Stansted airport have now levied an access charge to all car park operators, for the use of the forecourts. A fee of £7.00 will be added at the point of purchase, for this additional charge.
Your car is unable to be on the forecourt for more than 10 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car and exit the forecourt within the 10 minute period as you are now required to pay the exit fee at the barrier of £7.00 by credit card contactless / pin or by cash for up to 10 mins.
This parking service does not accept Taxis.

On Arrival
Please call when you are 10 minutes from the airport. Proceed to the Express Set Down – Follow signs for Express Set Down which is located directly outside the terminal building up on the forecourt. Drive along to the area marked zone C located centrally on right hand side of the terminal road. If there are any changes to the meet point you will be advised when you call.
On Return
Please collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling I Love Meet and Greet to have your car delivered. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 10 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to collect your car otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees
