On Arrival
Please call the car park when you are approximately 20 minutes away from your arrival
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our representative. After a quick check-in, you will proceed to the parking bay assigned to you. Park your car and make your way to the pickup point where you will board our free shuttle service to Birmingham International Train Station. You will then hop onto a free two-minute shuttle service which will take you straight into the Airport Terminal.
While the journey time to the Terminal is typically 10 minutes, please allow extra time if travelling during rush hour.
On Return
Upon return, after you have collected your luggage call us
Please, take the free shuttle service to Birmingham International Train station and make your way to the pickup point. Our Minibus will come to collect you and take you back to your car.
