Cardiff Airport Meet and Greet - Flex

Drop your car off at the dedicated Meet and Greet area, then walk across to check-in in 3 minutes.

When you arrive the barrier will rise automatically, drive in and head to the Meet and Greet shelter to hand over your keys. After that's done you can walk to check-in while your car is parked around 200 yards away from the drop-off point, where it will stay while you're away.

This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility as you don't need to get a shuttle bus. There's also a Special Assistance call point which is linked to the terminal's service desk and a sheltered area where you can wait for the operatives to meet you.

Make sure you take all personal belongings with you before leaving your car. You'll also need to make sure you park in the correct car park or you may face a fine.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 3 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £15 per day. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

When you reach the car park the cameras will recognise your number plate and the barrier will rise.

Drive to the Meet & Greet shelter which will take digital images of your car, then pass through the final barrier. You'll be met here and directed to the Priority Reception, where you check in your car and hand over your keys.

You can walk to the terminal from here in 3 minutes.

Your car will be moved around 200 yards to a secured car park on airport grounds, where it will stay while you're away.

After you land walk back to the Priority Reception, to collect your car keys.
