MBW Meet and Greet is a Park Mark and Police Accredited and Heathrow Approved Operator with over 25 years’ experience in parking customer vehicles at Heathrow. Boasting some of the highest customer service review ratings as well as industry leading comprehensive insurance for driving staff AND for vehicles parked on their sites, the MBW Meet & Greet service is ideal for business and leisure travellers and for those who are simply looking for that added bit of convenience at a reasonable price and with added peace of mind.


The airport levy fee of £6.00 covers the cost of charges now being levied by Heathrow Airport to all Meet & Greet operators. This is for the use of the forecourts at drop-off and newly designated collection areas within the short term car parks.


There is an extra charge of £15.00 for Terminal 4 one way, if the customer chooses T4 both ways then it’s £30.00 Extra. This is paid locally to the parking staff.

Disabled Info

MBW Meet and Greet is designed to offer convenience and that’s why it’s an excellent alternative for disabled customers who would find it difficult to use the Transfer Shuttles Services. Your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to you at the terminal on return. You would have the use of Disabled bays at the terminals for the ease of access.

Overstay charges vary from £15.00 to £25.00 depending on the time of travel

•Electric charging can be requested at the time of dropping your vehicle at our desk, at a fee of £20.00.


•MBW also offer on-site car valeting and other services on a request basis such as smart repairs, tyre changes, alloy wheel refurbishment and air conditioning recharge.


•MBW Drivers wear Orange & Black Hi-Viz uniform with MBW printed at the back and front, each driver has photographic ID


•Customer must show ID to drivers on collection of their vehicle


•Customers are required to photograph their vehicle at the drop-off point to support any claim for damage.


•Additional fees for Over-Height vehicles


•MBW DO NOT take vehicles longer than the standard size car


•£25 charge if you wish to drop your vehicle or have it returned during Closed Hours.

Follow signs for T2 Departures Short Stay Car Park; as you leave the tunnel keep in the 


right-hand lane. 


Going up the ramp, keep right. Take a ticket at the barrier furthest to the right and follow 


signs for Off-Airport Parking. You must hand the ticket to the MBW Captain. 


Photograph the vehicle, damage claims will not be accepted without evidence and our 


staff will only carry out a cursory exterior check. See Terms. 


Once you have removed your luggage & valuables from your vehicle, make your way to 


the MBW desk by the lifts. You will be met by the Handover Captain who will be wearing 


MBW uniform - Orange & Black high-vis jackets & company ID. 


Please ensure you hand your keys and car park ticket to the Captain when completing 


and signing your paperwork.

Enter the Short Stay Car Park and take a ticket at the barrier, you must hand this to the 


MBW Captain. Head to Level 4 Off Airport Parking and park in either row A or B.

staff will only carry out a cursory exterior check. See Terms. 


Once you have removed your luggage & valuables from your vehicle, make your way to 


the MBW desk by the lifts. You will be met by the Handover Captain who will be wearing

ramp and stay towards the right. Enter the Short Stay Car Park and go down to Level 2.

Leave the Terminal 5 roundabout and follow the signs to T5 departures. Keep in the right 


lane heading up the ramp and follow the signs into the Short Stay Car Park. 


Keep left and head towards the last set of barriers. Take a ticket at the barrier, hand this to 


the MBW Captain. Follow signs to Off-Airport Parking and park in rows R or S.

Once you have removed your luggage & valuables from your vehicle, make your way to 


the MBW desk by the lifts. You will be met by the Handover Captain who will be wearing

The despatch office will advise you of a time frame for delivery, if there is a wait for the 


vehicle to be returned please wait inside the terminal until further notice. If you arrive early 


or late and outside of booked times, please be prepared to wait. 


As you exit the arrival hall into the Terminal plaza, turn left and walk towards the UK Arrivals 


end of the Terminal. Nearing the end of the plaza, turn right and exit the Terminal through 


the main door, then cross the bridge in front of you. Take the left hand lift and go up to 


Level 4. 


The Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk.

Exit the lift, cross the bridge towards the Short Stay Car Park. You will see another set of lifts, 


take these to LEVEL 4. As you exit the lift you will see the MBW Desk 


The MBW Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking 


ticket for your exit.

next to W.H Smith. Cross the 3 lanes using the zebra crossing. 


Take the furthest set of lifts to your left up to Level 2. As you exit the lifts, the MBW desk will 


be in front of you. 


The Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk or at your vehicle.

head towards the end of the terminal. 


Pass the shops on your left, keep walking until you pass Café Nero. 


Turn right immediately after these and exit through the front door of the terminal. 


As soon as you exit the door of the terminal you will see the lifts. Take the lifts to Level 4. As 


you exit the lifts turn left and you will see the MBW Desk. 


The MBW Handover Captain will meet you at the MBW desk and will validate your parking 


ticket for your exit.
