Terminal Parking - Meet & Greet - T2, T3 & T5

Parking can be a stressful hassle at the best of times and with airport parking, the last thing you need is to have to catch a bus to and from the airport to the storage facility, or to have to worry about finding a space at the airport short stay car parks.

With our convenient Meet and Greet service, it’s very simple.

Drive to the terminal that you will be flying from and a driver will meet you and collect your vehicle. It’s then a short walk to the check-in area and departures.

No transfers are needed, Meet and Greet will offer disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses. Meet and Greet will offer a more convenient solution to your airport parking requirements as by booking with Park Giant parking your car is collected from the terminal when you leave and brought back to you at the terminal on your return.

Please ensure that you remove your travel documentation, phone, any cash, and all valuables from your vehicle. No responsibility is accepted for any personal item left in vehicles. If your vehicle does not meet the ULEZ standards, the customer/vehicle owner has to bear the cost of paying the ULEZ for both days (the day of arrival and the day of return).

When you are 20 to 30 minutes away from the terminal, please call us on the number provided in your email confirmation to have a Chauffeur dispatched. Do not call us after you reach your terminal, as we only cover the cost for a maximum of 15 minutes of parking in the short-stay car park. If you are running late or early, kindly keep us posted and drive directly to your terminal.

Meet our Chauffeur at our designated point, which is mentioned in our "Directions to Terminals" instructions.

Hand over the vehicle to our fully insured Chauffeur, collect the paperwork, and head straight to your terminal check-in desk.

Our fully insured Terminals Parking Chauffeur will drive your vehicle into our highly secured car park, located just 5 miles from the airport.

On your safe return, we require you to call us twice. Once as soon as you land and the other as soon as you collect your luggage.
Show the paperwork, check your car, and collect your vehicle from our designated point at your terminal.

- Follow the signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 2 & 3. As you exit the tunnel, stay in the right-hand lane for T2 Short Stay. Do not go to Drop-off (upper ramp) as there are additional fees to enter this area which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow. Head up the ramp, staying in the right-hand lane signposted Short Stay Passenger Pick up, keep right, and take a ticket from the furthest right-hand Ticket Barrier (barrier no 6, please hand this to our Chauffeur). Entering the car park on Level 4, follow the signs for Off-Airport Parking Meet & Greet, and then park your vehicle in "Row A or B" where you will be met by a TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur to collect your car.
Terminal 3 - Postcode TW6 1QG (Height Restriction 2.1M)
Follow the signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for
Terminals 2 & 3. Exiting the tunnel, keep in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3). Do not go to Drop-Off (lanes to the left of the car park entrance) as there are additional fees to enter
this area which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow. keep right and take a ticket from the Ticket Barrier (please hand this to our Chauffeur). Then take your car to Level 4, and park your vehicle in ROW “A or B” where you will be met by a TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur to collect your car. Terminal 5 - Postcode TW6 2GA (Height Restriction 2.2M)
Follow the signs for Terminal 5 Short Stay. As you go up the ramp, stay in the right-hand lane, and you will see a sign for Short Stay Passenger Pick Up. Do not go to Drop-Off as there are additional fees to enter this area which you will need to pay directly to Heathrow. Follow Passenger Pick Up Short Stay Avis Budget Return T5 signs (this takes you to Level 4). After the height restriction barrier, stay in the left lane for Short Stay Level 4, and you’ll then see a sign after this for Off-Airport Parking. Keep left and take a ticket from the Ticket Barrier (please hand this to our Chauffeur). You’ll enter the short-stay car park on Level 4 at this point. Proceed to Rows R or S, where you will be met by a TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur to collect your car.
