Terminal Parking - Park & Ride - T5 ONLY

A safe and reliable Park & Ride option services T5 at Heathrow. Just arrive at the car park, check your car in, deposit your keys, and hop on the shuttle that will take you directly to the Terminal. It is that simple.

Most of the time, most car parks are safe places. The Park Mark is only awarded to car parks that reach challenging standards for the safety of people and vehicles. So, you can have that extra peace of mind knowing that your vehicle is being left in safe hands.

You must leave your car key with us. During busy periods your car may be moved to our secondary compound within 5 mile radius of our main car park.

A maximum of 4 passengers will be transferred to the airport from one vehicle

Child seats can be provided on request. If you require one please contact the car park directly prior to travel

• Terminals Parking Park & Ride car park is situated out of the Ultra-Low Emission Zone (ULEZ Charging Zone).


• Customer is responsible to check ULEZ compatible of their vehicle and paying the charges if they reach our car park via the ULEZ zone.


• Additional day will be charged at £20.00 a day if the customer wishes to extend their parking or exceed the booked stay.


• No reimbursements will be given for partially used stays or customer wishes to curtail the stay.


• Any payments for extra days must be settled prior to the vehicle handover, a receipt can be sent to you via email upon request.


• The vehicle owner/customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is roadworthy, possesses a valid MOT certificate, and holds a valid Road Fund Licence.


• Vehicles that are deemed unsafe or do not comply with road regulations may be declined.


• No refunds will be provided for non-storage of illegal or unsafe vehicles.


• During busy periods your car may be stored in any one of our secondary compounds, (within 10–15-mile radius of our main car park). Please note that security levels may vary.



From 29 August 2023, London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, has expanded to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport.

• Please call us when you are 20 to 30 mins away from the car park. The number will be provided in your email confirmation


• Kindly keep us posted if you are running late or to arrive ahead of the scheduled booking time


• Park your car in Drop off Zone once you reach our car park,


• Lock your car, Make your way to Reception with your luggage where you will be met by a member of staff


• Handover the Key and collect the paperwork Member of staff will inspect the vehicle and will move it to the secured area in the car park


• You will be transferred to the terminal which will take around 10-15 minutes once completing all procedures

On your safe return, we require you to call us twice. Once as soon as you land and the other as soon as you collect your luggage.

Please call us once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs. Make your way to Level 1 short-stay car park, the shuttle van will pick you up from Row A or Row B.
