By choosing a Park Mark Safer Parking facility you are visiting a car park that has been vetted by the Police and has measures in place in order to create a safer environment for both you and your vehicle.


8th - 13th Floors of the Civic Centre Multi-Storey Car Park are a separate, wholly self-contained and secure part of the Overall Wythenshawe Civic Centre Multi-Storey Car Park managed by St Modwen Properties Plc, BUT is still covered and comprised within the pre-existing 24/7 CCTV & Continuous On-Site Guarded/Nightwatchmen, Gate-house & Patrolled Security Operation, whilst enjoying its own, independent, internal Barrier-Controlled Access & Egress System run and managed by our own Office Manager/Staff.


Parking is within designated pre-identified spaces and ALL keys are retained and stored within abespoke internal Office Security Room, with its own independent 24/7 CCTV monitoring System. In addition the Wythenshawe Main Police Station is situated across the Road from the Car Park for added comfort and Security



The Car Park does not offer EV charging.

Additional Info

£6.00 entry fee and £6.00 exit fee will be payable on arrival. This covers entry and exit fees set by the airport. Payment can be in cash or by card.


The shuttle service is completely free, however, if you decide not to use the free shuttle service, there are various other options on public transport downstairs to get to and from the airport (Tram, bus, or taxi).


The Outdoor space is the top floor of the Multi-Storey car park and there is a Height Restriction Barrier on the helical Access Ramp of 6ft 6.



The Car Park does not offer EV charging.


Once Landed on your Return, cleared Customs & Collected all luggage, please call the car park on the number provided to confirm your actual pick-up location.


PLEASE NOTE: There will be an additional charge of £10.00 payable to the car park upon arrival for the following vehicles: Mini buses, Vans,
ALL commercial vehicles, Camper Vans, any deemed oversized vehicle, and/or similar. For the avoidance of doubt - "Oversize" is any vehicle that does not fit within the prescribed existing delineated Standard Parking Bays Length & Breadth at the Manchester facility.


Please take a copy of your confirmation details by print or make sure you can access the details via electronic device.


Daily fee of £10 applied if the vehicle is not collected as per dates set within the original booking.


£15 payable to the driver for any customers dropping off and landing on 25th, 26th, 31st December or 1st January.

On Arrival

When you arrive at the car park, please report to reception with your confirmation email and deposit your keys. You will then have the option to be taken to the Airport by one of our free shuttle buses, or go downstairs where you can get to and from the airport via tram, bus or taxi for the journey of just over 1 mile. 


 


If you decide you want to use the free shuttle bus service, you will be asked to pay the airport drop off & collection fees £6 drop off & £6 collection fee (Discounted to £10 per family, saving you £2). This fee is payable when you drop off your vehicle at the reception area when checking in.

On Return

Terminal 1 - From the arrival's hall call Vacationcare and let them know you're ready for collection. Walk past WH Smiths and turn Left through to exit the terminal. This will bring you outside Streetcars Taxi Rank, look directly across the road and you’ll see a metal framed multi storey car park (Terminal 1 Short Stay Arrivals Car Park). To the right of the multi storey is a grey hut that has a sign saying T1 Meet & Greet Self Service... Wait by the hut and the shuttle bus will drive through the barrier for over-height vehicles to collect you from there.


Terminal 2 - From the arrival's hall call Vacationcare to let them know you're ready for collection. Follow signs for T2 West Pick up... Once inside T2 West multi storey get in the lift and go to Level 1. Wait by the lift and the shuttle bus will collect you from there.


Terminal 3 - From the arrival's hall call Vacationcare to let them know you're ready for collection. As you walk outside you will see a bridge that connects the Terminal to the Multistorey Carpark, under the bridge you will see 2 telephone boxes with a doorway to the left. Walk through that doorway and either go up the escalator which takes you to level 3 if you have hand luggage or alternatively get in a lift and go to level 3. Once at level 3 walk into the multistorey via the electronic automatic double door and stand by those doors inside the car park and the shuttle bus will collect you from there.

Directions

From M56 heading towards Manchester leave at Junction 3a (signed A560) signposted Altrincham, Wythenshawe (ignore Junction 3 Stockport signs). Come back on yourself round the roundabout back onto M56. Leave at Junction 4 * signed Wythenshawe Centre, Turn Left and proceed along Simons Way, passing ASDA & B&M on your left. Then turn left at the next Traffic Lights into Rowlands Way. 50 yards on the left is a BP Station, Immediately turn left after the BP Petrol station and go up the spiral ramp, which is signposted Asda, Wythenshawe town centre multi-story & Vacationcare. At the top of the Ramp, keep to the LEFT and come into the 8th Floor and STOP at the Barrier and wait. Once your vehicle has been scanned and recorded for existing damage the barrier will be opened by a staff member.


ALL OTHER ROUTES ‐ leave M56 at Junction 4 and follow these directions from * above.
