Safety Measures
During these challenging times, here is an update on actions being taken at this lot within the current state of COVID-19. The safety of drivers, operations team, and customers is their number one priority. They remain open to service you to and from the airport. Additionally, hours of operation will continue to remain the same (Monday - Sunday, 24/7).
Some operational changes have been made at Shepard Road Airport Parking to help protect drivers and customers as much as possible:
Enhanced Cleaning – Ramped up cleaning and disinfecting procedures for all Shepard Road Airport Parking shuttles.
Driver Protection – Drivers will not be assisting with unnecessary luggage handling. Drivers will also be regularly washing their hands and sanitizing throughout their shifts.
Customer Protection – Limiting the number of passengers per shuttle to adhere to Social Distancing and to allow customers space in the shuttle to and from the airport.
Face Masks are required for all passengers on our shuttles until further notice.

Please take proof of reservation with you on your day of travel.

Upon arriving at the lot, please scan your reservation bar code from your reservation confirmation at the relative uncovered lot or covered ramp entrance (do not pull a ticket - reservation bar code must be scanned). If you have any issues or questions please see the cashier located in the ramp office prior to check-in. For covered ramp customers, check out is at the cashier window.  IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE SCANNING YOUR BAR CODE PLEASE STOP BY THE OFFICEReservations that extend past the reserved dates and times or park in the Covered Ramp when Uncovered Lot was reserved are subject to additional charges that will be due at the time of exiting lot (normal Daily Rates apply to extended stays)The parking ramp portion of the lot is a four floor structure with covered parking on three floors, and then uncovered rooftop parking on the fourth floor. The covered area is available on a first come, first served basis. Reservations for covered parking does not guarantee a covered parking spot.*Refunds will not be issued on-site to customers who pull a ticket and pay for that ticket at the exit of Shepard Road Airport Parking. Prepaid reservations MUST be scanned in and scanned out. *Face Masks are required for all passengers on our shuttles until further notice*

Upon returning from your trip and collecting your luggage, please call 651-690-1200 to arrange shuttle pickup at the airport back to the lot. Lot shuttles serve both Terminal 1 (formerly Lindberg Terminal) and Terminal 2 (formerly Hubert Humphrey Terminal).*Face Masks are required for all passengers on our shuttles until further notice*
