Upon arriving at the lot, please pull a ticket from the automated machine. If you reserved "Self-Roof Top" parking, please follow the signs to the Roof Top area (must scan entry ticket to access upper levels). If you selected "Self-Covered" parking, you can park anywhere on the first floor.

Once parked, follow the signs to the nearest elevator lobby. Be sure to get a red slip from the attendant or shuttle driver for instructions on where to catch the shuttle when you return. Please pay in the main (west) lobby with credit/debit cards only. Cashiers cannot accept cash.  The facility is open 24/7 and offers both covered and rooftop parking spaces. The Premium Covered Parking area (1st floor) is fully covered (not just a car port) and has extra wide spaces.Regular shuttle buses travel between the parking lot and the airport which is 1.7 miles away. This service is completely free for all PreFlight customers. The frequency of shuttles is highly rated, with one leaving every six minutes or so. The fees are reasonable, with extremely convenient card payment option. The staff is courteous and efficient, and you can expect to get out of the parking lot in under 15 minutes.
