Please arrive with enough time to park and take the shuttle; the ride to the airport generally takes about 20 minutes. . The airport recommends an arrival time of 1 1/2 hours prior for domestic flights and 2 hours prior for international flights. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes starting at 4:00 AM through 12:20 AM. See AFTER HOURS PICKUPS instructions below for needs between 12:20 AM and 4:00 AM.1. When you arrive scan your bar code at the round free standing box with the red flashing lights. Hold the Bar Code about 2 inches away from the reader and the gate will open. Please Note: For all reservation changes, please allow 15 minutes for updates to take effect.2. You may park anywhere that doesn't say "Reserved" and proceed to the shuttle pickup locations. 3. Upon returning from your trip, after collecting your luggage, please call the lot directly at 650-340-8500 to request airport pick-up. Proceed to the Departures level and head to the center island hotel courtesy shuttle area. Please look for a black shuttle with the following information on the side: Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront Hotel / Embassy Suites Waterfront / Burlingame Airport Parking. 4. When exiting, scan your Bar Code again at the round free standing box with the red flashing lights. The gate will open, and you're free to go!
