In order to ride the airport shuttle, you must show the parking ticket you received when you entered the lot to the shuttle driver. You may park in any unreserved parking space. Airport shuttle runs daily from 5:00am-10:00pm every 30 minutes. Between off-hours from 10:00pm-5:00am, the front desk will gladly assist by arranging a taxi to transport you to the airport (additional fee paid to cab driver by the guest). Please allow ample time for the hotel to contact the cab company during off-peak hours. Please see the desk for further assistance.

If you are at the airport requesting return service to the Hotel, please use a courtesy phone to request a pick-up. Upon returning to the Hotel (AND PRIOR TO EXITING THE GARAGE), you must go to the Front Desk to have your parking ticket validated and pay for any additional parking if applicable. The front desk will provide the scan card to open the exit gate.
